sknife is a knife manufacturer in Switzerland and produces in the watch city of Biel. Our knives are characterized by innovation in material and design as well as precision craftsmanship.
Our steak knives are forged from a new type of surgical steel and can be used in restaurants by the sea due to the combination with the stabilized wood.
For knife enthusiasts, all sknife products are also made in corrosion-resistant torsion damask from Damasteel with 1'000 layers (Steak- and Tableknife).
Our knives have been awarded with 4 international design prizes and are set in the world's best restaurants with over 300 Michelin stars.
