We are often asked why we produce knives in Biel. Quite simply because we manufacture knives with the precision of a watch and with a high level of craftsmanship. Thanks to the watch industry, we also have access to state-of-the-art steel technology.
 
One of our strengths is individual custom-made products to match the interior: wooden handles, stone or fish look in all shades of colour or even driftwood. We are proud that our knives the knives are set in the world's best restaurants & hotels with over 250 Michelin stars.
