Two years ago, Michael Bach dropped by the Four Seasons Hotel in Cap-Ferrat to introduce sknife products to Yoric Tièche. The star chef was so enthusiastic that we made a special version for him: The sknife table knives with blue handles in a fish scale look to match the "sea" theme and as if made for the Le Cap restaurant on this peninsula with the best view of the Mediterranean on the Côte d'Azur, between Nice and Monaco.
