He expressed great enthusiasm for the craftsmanship, precision, and perfection with which our knives are produced – entirely Swiss made and crafted right here in Biel, the hometown of both FC Biel-Bienne 1896 and the sknife knife manufactory.

Everything is local and regional: We source our steel from Klein SA in Biel, the forging takes place in the Emmental, and in the sknife manufactory in Biel, trained knifemakers complete each piece in 40 meticulous steps.

Following the special collection created for the football club Paris Saint-Germain we have now developed for the local football club Biel a custom-designed line in the colours of the club.
