Léa Linster is a famous TV chef and, to date, the only woman to have won the prestigious cooking competition “Bocuse d’Or” (1989). Her son, Louis Linster, took over the management of the restaurant in 2019 and received a second Michelin Star last year for his outstanding cuisine.
