In close collaboration with sknife, Franck Giovannini has launched his own knife series, which is now endoresed in the restaurant "Hôtel de Ville" in Crissier. The new and elegant knife shape has a wooden handle made of gray colored ash wood. The blade is made either of surgical steel or of torsion damask with 1,000 layers.
