Eric Bouchenoire is the managing director of the Joël Robuchon Group. The group has 20 restaurants worldwide with over 30 Michelin Stars. We started at the starred restaurant "L'Atelier Étoile de Joël Robuchon", which is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe.

For the Joël Robuchon Group, we exclusively dyed the wood red to match the interior of the restaurant.
